Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a TurboTax location, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing resources to build relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ federal/state returns) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Work onsite during standard hours (min 20 hrs/week) at a TurboTax location.
