Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role involves on-site work and serving in-person and virtual TurboTax clients with a focus on full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance.

You will be the connective tissue between clients and a broader team of specialists, building long-term relationships, expanding the local client base,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and active PTIN required by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address complete financial needs.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a superior customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Use marketing tools and resources to drive local engagement and brand awareness.
