Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while engaging with clients in person and virtually to deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience. As a community ambassador, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, organize local events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willingness to complete training and wear provided uniforms; may impact marketing and branding.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence for TurboTax; bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and turn one-time clients into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients with reminders, refunds, and tax planning.
