Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and client advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of tax and advisory professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions for personal and small business clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA or CPA credential or be actively practicing as an attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns) using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with book-keeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client service.
• Maintain high standards of client service and ensure compliant tax solutions.
