Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work onsite, advise on personal and business taxes, and connect clients with Intuit's broader services to enhance their financial wellbeing.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and help clients achieve tax efficiency while delivering exceptional service using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; able to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Drive local growth by building a new client base and relationships in the community.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools; support client goals.
