Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll guide clients through complex cases, build relationships, and connect them to adjacent Intuit services for year‑round support.

Role emphasizes onsite collaboration, community outreach, and delivering a seamless customer experience with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20 hrs/week.
• Complete required training and wear Intuit uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and Credit Karma services.
• Build long-term relationships for year-round support.
• Work onsite and useIntuit tools to deliver end-to-end service.
• Uphold professional standards and participate in training.
