Intuit, Inc. seeks talented Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow TurboTax in local communities. You’ll work onsite, deliver personalized tax solutions, and connect clients with broader Intuit services to build lasting relationships.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, tax advisory).
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training & wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow a new client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
• Build long‑term relationships and drive customer loyalty through proactive engagement.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in‑person and via video tools.
