Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice onsite, while also growing a local client base and coordinating with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate with specialists to address personal and business tax needs and deliver a seamless customer experience. Role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and marketing-supported client development, with a focus on building

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Completion of required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with using your name/picture for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual communication is a plus.
• Interest in building a local and online presence with content for the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Create long-term relationships and deliver year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
