Job summary

Intuit seeks self-motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will perform on-site tax preparations, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for personal and business tax needs.

You will actively grow the local client base and represent TurboTax in the community. Role emphasizes in-person and virtual client support, with an emphasis on building relationships, signaling the full breadth of Intuit services

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (federal and state).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem and cross-sell services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
