Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized service at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with clients, build lasting relationships, and connect customers with broader Intuit services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while delivering a best-in-class experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney certification with tax prep experience.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advanced tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer integrated services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
