Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, deliver comprehensive tax solutions, and collaborate with specialists to optimize each client’s financial picture.

You’ll drive local growth, harness marketing tools, and build enduring relationships while offering a seamless Intuit experience from tax planning to advisory

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships to convert transactions into ongoing relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional, clear tax guidance and support.
