Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory guidance, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients, partnering with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Operating hours may scale up during peak periods.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training, up-skilling, cross-training of other products, and professional development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name, picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content for your community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tax Expertise - Hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, grassroots marketing, referrals, and partnerships; organize local events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build Relationships - Develop long-term trust with clients, turning engagements into ongoing relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - Ensure professional, helpful service both in-person and via video tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
