Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, providing personalized tax outcomes while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You will also drive community engagement and client growth consistent with Intuit’s mission. The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, a strong client focus, and ongoing training to expand service offerings such as

Qualifications

Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
Act as a community ambassador to build local client base.
Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
Grow relationships and drive long-term client loyalty through marketing support.
