Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our year-round team in the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs and maximize refunds.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, identify deductions, and build a local client base while leveraging Intuit resources. The position emphasizes on-site work, collaboration, and growth into broader Intuit services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax returns filed per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client tax prep, from simple to complex cases.
• Lead discovery and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds and plan taxes.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow a Turbotax client base and coordinate local events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
