Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax preparation and personalized financial guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work closely with a team of tax and advisory specialists to serve in-person and virtual clients, building lasting relationships and growing the local footprint.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney credentials preferred with strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and willingness to upskill into additional services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for a full-service experience.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in person and via video tools.
