Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and personalized advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, building lasting relationships and expanding the local TurboTax footprint.

You will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources, delivering a comprehensive Intuit experience.

Qualifications

Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex tax scenarios.
Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
Introduce clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as part of a holistic advisory approach.
Build long-term relationships by delivering a proactive, best-in-class customer experience.
Participate in local events and utilize marketing tools to drive customer engagement.
