Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax return preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, helping individuals and small businesses, and you will play a key role in growing the local client base using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

You will build long-term relationships, provide personalized tax planning, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, driving local growth and relationships with clients and partners.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate.
