Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, performing full-service tax return preparation on-site and helping clients achieve optimal financial outcomes. You will work with a team of tax pros, deliver personalized guidance, and grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with specialists for complex tax situations and year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via remote tools.
