Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working onsite to provide expert tax preparation and advice. You will build a local client base, leverage TurboTax tools, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver a complete financial solution.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, for 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory specialists to deliver full Intuit services.
• Ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings.
