Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, foster long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as appropriate.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in collaboration with specialists.
• Assist clients with tax planning and future tax considerations.
