Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks energetic individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location. You will provide in-person and virtual tax services, connect clients with broader Intuit specialists, and build local relationships to expand client base.

This role emphasizes hands-on tax prep, advisory services, and community engagement to deliver seamless TurboTax experiences. Ideal candidates have enrolled agent, CPA, or attorney credentials, 3+ years of tax prep with

Qualifications

EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN to file taxes.
3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm.
Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; local marketing presence.
English; Spanish a plus for client interactions.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
Assist with personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
Engage with community to grow local TurboTax client base.
Collaborate with tax specialists across Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings with clients.
