Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation services, and connect clients with a broader team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach, events, and referrals, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Strong tax knowledge and collaboration with specialists are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and extensive tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week; hours may increase during peak periods.
• Willing to complete training and development; training requirements may change over time.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding clients' complete financial picture and offering ongoing guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, addressing inquiries and guiding clients through tax challenges.
