Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site and virtual tax services, combining tax expertise with community engagement.

In this role you will prepare full-service tax returns, offer tax planning, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and represent Intuit in marketing efforts while ensuring

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN current and in good standing to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
