Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support on-site, collaborating with specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit service.

You’ll also cultivate local client relationships and drive community engagement to grow the TurboTax business. The role emphasizes payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory services, with training and compliance

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney credentials preferred and active PTIN required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and holistic tax advisory services is a plus.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location and adhere to hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds while offering future tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through community outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
