Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for in-person and virtual clients within a collaborative team.

You will expand the local client base, build lasting relationships, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. Strong customer service and community focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week min, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; name/picture may be used for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and community presence; act as primary local driver of growth.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and drive client loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
