Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a dedicated TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, guide them through complex returns, and connect them with Intuit’s broader offerings to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software; Familiar with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experiences with in-person and virtual support.
