Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at local TurboTax locations. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services. This is a key advisory role with direct client interaction.

You’ll build lasting relationships, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class experience through in-person and virtual support, while embracing ongoing training.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interested in building a local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and grow the local client base.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem by connecting clients with complementary services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
