Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for clients onsite at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team of specialists to connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while growing the local customer base.

This role emphasizes community engagement, in-person and virtual support, and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid tax return experience (1040) using professional software.
• Ability to translate complex tax concepts into everyday language.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
