Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at US TurboTax locations. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for personal and business taxes, while expanding the client base through local outreach and community events.

The role emphasizes on-site work, high-touch customer service, and leveraging Intuit’s tools and resources to support clients year-round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development; cross-training possible.
• Wear Intuit uniforms; allow name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence; content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prepare services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build relationships and ensure ongoing loyalty through exceptional service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
