Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year-round guidance.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, typically 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach and events.
Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services for end-to-end solutions.
Deliver a seamless Intuit experience by maintaining context across client meetings with the team.
Establish long-term relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
