Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide tax advice and prepare returns onsite at a local TurboTax location. You’ll connect clients with a broader team for comprehensive services, handling personal and business scenarios from simple to complex, while building a strong local presence.

You’ll collaborate across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory offerings, becoming the trusted guide for clients and the community, with marketing support to grow your practice.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and remotely.
