Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation and advisory services onsite at a TurboTax location. You will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory resources, acting as a trusted local advisor in the community.

You will build relationships, grow the client base, and deliver personalized tax solutions using TurboTax tools, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/ advisory with training.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Onsite work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
