Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to prepare tax returns, give tax guidance, and support clients at a local TurboTax location. You’ll collaborate with specialists to address complex situations and help grow the local client base while delivering a seamless Intuit experience.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build relationships, and leverage marketing tools to expand TurboTax services in the community. This role emphasizes hands-on tax work and local outreach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• onsite at TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Completion of required training as determined by business.
• Willing to wear uniforms; use name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Residency in the United States.
• Experience beyond tax filing welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using resources and team expertise.
• Grow local client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with specialists for full-service client needs.
• Organize local events and community outreach with marketing support.
