Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You'll provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients as part of a collaborative team. You will build the local client base, conduct community outreach, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal and state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and advisory.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct.
