Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and building lasting relationships.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, growing the local client base while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and community presence.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, community events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
