Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with a team of specialists to address complex client needs. As a local ambassador, you'll build relationships, attract new clients, and extend services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Must have active professional licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney) and tax preparation experience.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Engage with clients in-person and virtually to build long-term relationships.
