KTVH in Helena, Montana, part of The E.W. Scripps Company, is seeking a Local Sales Manager to lead a high-performing Account Executive team and drive local revenue across broadcast, OTT, digital, and email marketing.

You’ll collaborate with DOS and other sales leaders, coach staff, negotiate budgets, develop new business, and forecast revenue while managing expenses in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment that values growth and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years proven success in media sales
• Experience in agency and direct strategic account management, broadcast inventory and digital/video capabilities
• Valid driver's license and insurance with required limits

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DOS and other sales managers to meet station objectives
• Direct and manage a team of local sales Account Executives
• Negotiate ratings, rates and budgets
• Develop new business across station platforms including broadcast, digital and mobile
• Forecast sales revenue and manage department expenses
