Scripps' KTVH in Helena, MT is seeking a Local Sales Manager to lead a high-performing account executive team across broadcast, digital, OTT and email solutions. You’ll drive revenue growth, coach the team, and implement SSP-based strategies.

You will collaborate with the Director of Sales and other departments to train, develop, and motivate the local sales team, while nurturing relationships with clients and vendors and forecasting revenue to meet station goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Generally, 7+ years proven success in media sales.
• Experience in agency and direct strategic account management, broadcast inventory and digital/video capabilities required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with DOS and other sales managers to accomplish station objectives.
• Direct and manage the execution and performance of a team of local sales Account Executives.
• Negotiate ratings, rates and budgets.
• Develop new business across broadcast, digital and mobile platforms.
• Coach Account Executives regarding SSP in the field.
• Forecast sales revenue and manage department expenses to meet financial goals.
