Job summary

KTVH, part of the E.W. Scripps Company, is seeking a Local Sales Manager in Helena, MT to lead a team of Account Executives across broadcast, digital, OTT and email advertising. You will drive revenue, coach talent, and develop strategic client partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with DOS and Sales Directors, manage budgets and pricing, forecast sales, and ensure effective inventory management while mentoring the next generation of Scripps sales leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years proven success in media sales.
• Experience in agency and direct strategic account management.
• Experience with broadcast inventory and digital/video capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DOS and other sales managers to meet station objectives.
• Organize, direct and manage the performance of a team of local account executives.
• Negotiate ratings, rates and budgets.
• Develop new business across multiple platforms including broadcast, digital and mobile.
• Coach account executives on SSP and field execution.
• Forecast sales revenue and manage department expenses to hit financial goals.
