You will collaborate with Center Directors and District Managers, maintain request logs, and use approved AI tools with human review to improve efficiency and accuracy in communications and deliverables.

Formación

• Strong organization, accuracy, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear, professional communication and helpful approach to internal stakeholders.
• Comfort with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and learning workflow tools.
• Experience in field operations, customer service, administrative support, events, or marketing support is relevant.

Responsabilidades

• Local Marketing Operations — answer questions from Center Directors and District Managers about resources and processes.
• Review requests for completeness; approve routine items and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Own the creative request process from end to end, routing to vendors and tracking status.
• Check materials for accuracy, organize templates and final files.
• Coordinate print and promotional materials and fulfillment partners; monitor stock and issues.
• Prepare quarterly local marketing decks and field updates.
