3M in Minnesota seeks a Global Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize worldwide marketing programs. You will collaborate with global product teams, area marketing operations, sales, and engineers to drive data-driven campaigns and scalable growth from idea to execution.

This on-site role at the 3M Center in Maplewood requires strong leadership, analytics, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed and verified prior to start.
Eight (8) years of marketing experience in a business-to-business environment in a private, public, government or military environment.
MBA or master’s degree in marketing is a plus.
Eight (8) years of experience with B2B models and go-to-market models through industrial channel partners.

Responsabilités

Develop, deploy, measure, and optimize global marketing programs with focused commercialization execution through channel partners, 3M sales teams, and direct to end-users to unlock growth at global scale.
Collaborate and influence a cross-functional set of key stakeholders such as global and area product teams, area marketing operations teams, area sales teams, application engineers, and the Global Marketing Center.
Shape and evolve the value story for products by developing and optimizing tools and learning content for the global sales team.
Define program effectiveness measurement based on marketing and business objectives, sales and growth targets, tracking and communicating performance, and leveraging data to optimize programs.
