• 2+ years in marketing, local marketing, or restaurant/retail environments.
• Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze basic sales and marketing data.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Ability to collaborate with franchise leadership and restaurant teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute local marketing programs, promotions, partnerships, and events.
• Create social media content, flyers, emails, presentations, and materials.
• Manage local digital presence, including Google listings and basic local SEO.
• Support restaurant openings, remodels, and market initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and Dunkin resources for marketing needs.
• Monitor marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Support loyalty, CRM, and digital ordering initiatives.
• Manage local marketing calendars and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to increase transactions with franchise leadership.
• Maintain brand standards and Dunkin guidelines.
• Build relationships with schools, businesses, and community orgs.
• Stay current on local trends and events to drive traffic.
• Provide regular marketing updates to franchise leadership.
