Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an outside sales professional for local market renewal performance, customer retention and expansion opportunities. The role focuses on securing renewal agreements, identifying extension opportunities, reactivating out-of-service locations, and growing recurring revenue within the installed base.

You will act as the subject matter expert for video, access control, intrusion, fire, and digital services, including proactive health, while working closely with district

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful commercial sales experience in security/IT or technology sales.
• Ability to present to senior level executives within customer and Johnson Controls Security organizations.
• Available for local travel and a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Secure renewal agreements with existing customers and manage expiring contracts.
• Identify NPSA expansion opportunities and sell the full services portfolio.
• Reactivate out-of-service locations and add services to existing systems.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for video, access control, intrusion, fire, and digital services.
