National General is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling to existing customers, and building lasting relationships. You’ll work with local partners and customers in person and by phone to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

The role emphasizes understanding client needs, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and meeting performance and compliance standards.

Qualificações

• 0 – 2 years of experience P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
