CaptionCall is seeking a Field Service Technician to install CaptionCall phones in customers' homes and train users on operation. The role is on-site in Tulsa, OK, with opportunity for local travel and a strong benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and a client-focused approach. Flexibility to travel and adapt to various home environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall devices in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
