48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver in Northampton, PA to perform local truckload deliveries with no touch freight and home daily. The role offers a $27.00/hr pay rate and a $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 at 30 days and $2,500 at 90 days).

2nd shift Monday–Friday 5:00pm start; training on first week on day shift. Location: 800 Held Dr, Northampton, PA 18067. Join a team focused on reliability, safety, and career growth.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license with valid status
• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• DOT medical card required
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years

Overview

$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$27.00/hr with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

Shift(s):

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00pm start time

(Training occurs for the first week on day shift)

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within 100 miles making about 3 routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 8-10 hour shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred



• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
