48forty Solutions is hiring CDL Class A drivers for full-time local routes in the Pittsburgh area. Earn $26/hour with a consistent schedule and be home daily with no-touch freight.

Position offers competitive pay, weekends off, and benefits. Shifts are 1st and 2nd, with start times 7:00am and 10:00am. Location: Biglerville, PA 17307. Applicants must meet DOT requirements and have a valid CDL-A license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• PSP scores 10 or below in past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle local truckload deliveries; home daily.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles, about 3-4 routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 8-12 hour shifts; some days longer.

Hourly Pay:

$26.00/hr

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am start time

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 10am start time

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook; home daily


• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles making about 3-4 routes per shift


• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 8-12 hour shifts; Routes and hours are estimated. Some days are short while other days are worked all the way to 12 hours

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years


• Must be at least 23 years of age or older


• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle


• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician


• No record of being disqualified to drive


• Successful completion of a DOT road test


• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed


• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years


• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred


• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
