Townsquare Interactive is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive in Flint to drive B2B revenue through in-person, local territory selling. You’ll prospect, present customized digital marketing solutions, and close deals while collaborating with Townsquare Media teams.

This is a full-time, office-based role with uncapped commissions. Ideal candidates have proven B2B sales success, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales seeking high-impact results.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Confidence in managing a local territory and closing in-person sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call to generate new B2B opportunities in your local territory.
• Schedule and lead in-person consultations with business decision-makers.
• Deliver customized marketing solutions that address client needs and drive results.
• Partner with radio sellers to expand digital revenue within shared client accounts.
• Coach and support Account Executives on digital strategy and co-selling best practices.
• Set, track, and exceed individual and market sales goals.
