The Mather is seeking a friendly Lobby Receptionist to warmly welcome residents, families, and guests, delivering concierge services and ensuring safety at the front desk in Tysons, VA. This full-time hourly role requires weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability.

You will coordinate resident requests, support administrative tasks, and collaborate with a self-directed team to maintain seamless lobby operations and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Greet residents and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide concierge information and coordinate resident requests.
• Monitor lobby to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Coordinate transportation for residents safely.
• Provide administrative support for directories, safety procedures, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide concierge services including information, assistance, and coordination of resident requests.
• Monitor lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Support transportation coordination for residents in a safe and enjoyable manner.
• Provides administrative support for the update, storage and distribution of directories, Concierge handbook, safety and emergency procedures, parking assignments, training materials and participation, and other documents.
• Collaborate with a self-directed team to ensure seamless front desk operations.
• Demonstrate “Nextraordinary” service behaviors that enhance the resident experience.
