Job summary

The Mather, a Life Plan Community in Tysons, Virginia, seeks a dedicated Lobby Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families and guests. You will deliver warm welcomes, coordinate information, assist with transportation, and support front desk operations with a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide concierge services including information, assistance, and coordination of resident requests.
• Monitor lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Support transportation coordination for residents in a safe and enjoyable manner.
• Provides administrative support for the update, storage and distribution of directories, Concierge handbook, safety and emergency procedures, parking assignments, training materials and participation, and other documents.
• Collaborate with a self-directed team to ensure seamless front desk operations.
• Demonstrate “Nextraordinary” service behaviors that enhance the resident experience.

Responsibilities
